The Medready modem website reporting system is depicted below.

The system can e-mail the appropriate message to a designated party.

        

If there is a non-compliance, jammed/broken unit or an extended power outage the website is notified via the modem.  The website will then call up to three phone numbers and/or e-mail a notice to that effect.  The machine requests a response of pressing the # 1 on the telephone to indicate a receipt of the message.  If the # 1 is pressed, the message on the web page will resemble the code 6 [orange] below.  If there is no answer the message will resemble the code 7 [red] below.  If there is only a e-mail required the message will resemble the code 8 [yellow] below.
